Redo Of Blog

At last it is happening thanks to DNA Magazine, I am finaly getting in shape. Thanks to DNA magazine they are developing a gym program for through make me hot competion they have. I was selected as one of the 3 people in Australia they will be using.

So as promised I will be sending blogs and updates on how I am going did my first and yes even Vidoes, just need to figure out how to use the video cam properly lol. Some areas I am not quote tek sevy in as well I will be sending up dates on my twitter account  @Greg491 so if you want to follow me ya can.

Did my first work out to day under the program which has been developed for me, some of the gym moves I got wrong. Wasn't origanly going to do it but as one of my Friends from work pointed out. Dude the gym is open until 9:00 so you have no excuse.

Got up at 5:00 this morning during the gym sesion found out me weight is equivalent to a bit older than what I am HMMM. More the reason why I want to get back into shape and feel good about myself.

Well I'm of ta bed now going ta go for a swim tomorrow by sydney harbour .

D Starts tomorrow

Have added my Blog to Transforamtion

Below is what I said

"Have let myself go and already had decided this Friday was time for me tostart both Physicaly and mentality. When I saw that there was a challenge it has spied me on any even further to take to the challenge.

This 8 week challenge will help me be spured on, some of my friends don't believe I can get back to what I use to be not only do I want to achieve my goal for myself but also for them.

This wensday Also went and and saw my Doctor as well to test my cholestro etc as I want to get these back to normal.

Curently I weigh 85 Kilos 25% body fat and my waist size 96cm, sorry all in Metric here in Australia. One of the things I have heard you need to aim have your waist size under 90cm.

I want to lose about 10 kilos and also body fat but not only this but start the ball rolling with the 18 week transforamtion program.

Have posted today but starting tomorrow 19/05/2011 "

Take 2 of my Blog

Remember how I said
"Tomorrow is D day, getting back in shape. This video is my inspiration as before which I said if I am a fan of Kylie I need to be in shape.
I will also soon be setting up a blog to be accountable to as well as twitter and maybe even YouTube lol. But lets see what happens. In the meantime I will use YouTube as my accountable blog.

I need to get back into shape mentally, spiritually and physically
and put in to practice what I have learned"
Well it starting to happen I remember 19 years ago I was at my peek fit and Healthy thanks to Bill Phillips 12 week program Body for life. Have come across a new program 18 weeks by the same guy Transformation started reading the book and will be doing the program in the coming weeks.
Bill has also has a website which I have a blog on this as well, in the next coming weeks check out my my blog also here and also I will be doing some exercises Physically and mentally.My Blog at Transformation
Thank you Bill Phillips for once again inspiring me to get into shape, unfortunately have missed the Competition but the reward will be completing the 18 week program.
Note here my blog will be a bit more tongue and cheek
